WHO AM I?

I’m Charmaine. I am a Realtor who enjoys working in an energetic and fun atmosphere. I was born in Guelph and raised in Puslinch. Growing up in this area allowed me to gain a great appreciation and sense of knowledge for our amazing community. I fell in love with the real estate industry when my career began at the young age of 18 in new home sales administration. Working in an administrative role allowed me to learn the ins and outs of this exciting industry. From there, I pursued my real estate licence and now specialize in residential real estate sales.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and educating them on market conditions while providing them with the additional knowledge to make the best decisions for their personal situation. Whether you're looking to upgrade, downsize, invest, buy your first home or relocate, I am happy to work with you and guide you through the home buying or selling process.

I am actively volunteering in the community both as a firefighter with Puslinch Fire and Rescue, along with working on the fundraising event, Mask Off which is a charitable gala raising funds for local mental health programs. 

In my spare time you can find me at a local restaurant with friends and family or walking my dog (a great dane named Dwayne) around various community trails.
